Shatter Shards is a lab that increases how many shards you receive when you shatter modules. If you regularly break down unwanted modules for shards, this lab raises the return on every shatter.
Shatter Shards
You unlock this lab through Milestones by reaching tier 16 wave 40. Once researched, each shatter of a module yields more shards than the base amount.
The lab has 5 levels, and each level adds 20% more shards from shattering, for a maximum increase of 100% at max level. That means fully researched, every module you shatter gives double the shards. Check the table below for the per-level costs and timings.
