Description

The Themes Menu, often just called skins, is where you customise how your game looks and sounds. You can swap your tower's appearance, change the background, pick different music, and check which relics you have collected.

Every cosmetic you unlock adds a permanent boost to your coin earnings, even when you are not using it. This makes collecting themes a practical way to increase your income over time.

Themes

Four cosmetic categories exist: Tower, Background, Menu, and Guardian. Each one grants a coin bonus that stays active permanently, regardless of whether you have the skin equipped.

You can pick specific looks from the Tower and Background submenus, or use the randomise option to let the game choose for you.

Tower Themes

These change how your tower looks during rounds. You can unlock them by reaching wave 2,500 on any tier through Milestones, or buy them during special events.

Each tower skin you own adds 0.4% to your passive coin earnings.

Background Themes

These alter the backdrop behind your tower. They are only available by purchasing them during events.

Owning a background theme boosts your coins by 0.8% each.

These reskin the game's interface and menus. You buy them using Guild currency.

Every menu theme in your collection provides a 0.6% coin bonus.

Guardian Themes

These change the appearance of your Guardian companion. Like menu themes, they are purchased through the Guild.

Each one you own adds another 0.6% to your coin multiplier.

Passive Coin Bonus Calculation

All theme bonuses stack together additively into one cumulative multiplier. You can see your current total displayed in the tier multiplier menu.

The game works it out by taking your base value of 1, then adding 0.004 for every tower theme, 0.008 for every background theme, and 0.006 for each menu and guardian theme you possess.

Songs

The Song submenu sits inside the Themes area. Here you can pick which tracks play during your rounds, and it also gives you another place to mute the game's audio entirely.

Relics

This submenu shows every relic you have unlocked and displays the total bonuses they provide. For full details on how relics work, see the Relics page.
