Damage

Last verified 2026-07-29 · 4 data tables

Damage is the amount each of your tower's projectiles deals to enemies. It also feeds into other abilities: land mines and Ultimate Weapons are calculated from it, so raising your damage stat improves far more than just your bullets.

You increase damage through the workshop, cards, relics, Modules, Workshop Enhancements and lab research, all of which combine in the damage formula.

Description

Damage is the amount each projectile deals to enemies. It is the base stat used to calculate not only your tower's bullets but also other abilities such as land mines and Ultimate Weapons.

Workshop

Damage is available in the workshop from the start of the game and can be raised up to a maximum of 6000 levels. On top of workshop levels, you can push damage higher with cards, relics, Modules and Workshop Enhancements.

Damage Formula

To match the value shown in game, do not round at any step. The displayed damage is: Workshop x Lab x Damage Card x (1 + Relics) x (1 + Cannon Module %) x Enhancements x Perk 1 + Berserker 2.

The Perk term is (1 + 0.15 x Quantity) x (1 + Standard Perk Bonus), again without rounding. Berserker's contribution caps at +700% damage once all other bonuses in the formula are accounted for.

Cards — Berserker

The Berserker card is an epic card that works as an addition, not a multiplier. It stores the total damage you take, without any reductions, multiplies that stored amount by a percentage based on card level, and adds the result to your total damage. The bonus is limited to +700%, or 8x your base damage.

Because the bonus is added rather than multiplied, raising your base damage can push you below the cap. For example, if you take 1,000,000 damage with a 1% Berserker, the stored bonus is 10,000. If your tower damage after multipliers is 1,000, the cap is 7,000, so only 7,000 is added and the remaining 3,000 goes unused.

Cards

Three cards modify damage: Damage, Berserker and Super Tower. Card multipliers stack multiplicatively with other multipliers, including other cards. Damage and Berserker change the displayed workshop value, which means they also increase Ultimate Weapon damage. Super Tower instead modifies bullet damage on hit, so it does not change the workshop value and does not boost Ultimate Weapons. Card masteries add further ways to raise tower damage, and cards like UW Crit and Crit Chance can increase Ultimate Weapon damage.

Labs — Damage Research

The damage lab is unlocked through Milestones at tier 1. It increases the increment each workshop level gives and raises the workshop's maximum value.

The Super Tower Bonus lab unlocks in Milestones at tier 8 wave 300 and increases the multiplier on the Super Tower card. It has 30 levels. The tables below show the per-level values for both labs.
